Huna Mua translated from Hawaiian means the first or earliest form of Huna. Huna is as old as 35,000 years, and is the original art and science of healing and spiritual development of the Hawaiian people. The term 'huna' means ‘that which is hidden or secret’ and refers to the Hawaiian understanding of the nature of reality and mankind’s place within the scheme of things. Personal development, healing and spiritual discipline formed the background of the original teachings.
