The unique flowing strokes, combined with very loving touch, enable one's entire being to relax, assisting in a letting go of old beliefs, patterns and behaviors which are stored in the cells of our body. The flowing movements, at various depths, stimulate the lymphatic, circulatory and nervous systems as well as every cell, molecule and atom in our body. Muscle tension eases and loosens.
